Bon je fais de la gymnastique depuis longtemps ,c'est ma passion, et je trouve que ces dernières années je n'avance plus du tout j'ai peur, je le dis franchement, et ça me bloque.
Vous n'auriez pas une petite astuce pour affronter cette peur?

Coucou Calou,
tu dis avoir peur de ne plus avancer... Pourquoi autant de stress il faut que tu retrouve du plaisir a pratiquer et evite de te mettre trop de pression.
Tu sais que le mental est la partie la plus importante dans le sport. Il faut te menager et reussir a prendre du recul. COURAGE

ba je pense .. qu'il ne faut pa se dire qu'on a peur mais plutot se lancer et essayer de vaicre de ta peur!
