bonjour, j'ai 18 ans et j'ai pratiqué pendant 2 ans la gymnastique quand j'avais 8 ans.
aujourd'hui ma passion me rattrape et j'aimerai beaucoup m'y remmettre.
Problème je ne suis plus aussi souple qu'avant et j'ai forcément perdu de la dextérité.
Est-ce possible à mon âge de reprendre ce sport que j'aime tellement ?

Quand on veut, on peut !!! La souplesse ne fait pas tout. Il y a toutes les acrobatiques au sol, au saut et plein de choses qu'on peut faire sans souplesse !

la souplesse se travaille dans la duré...
on arrive tjs a reprendre o moins un peu...
en forçant tous les soirs sur les grands écarts et les ponts (+fermetures) aprés s'etre bien échauffé la souplesse revient vite....
