Débuter GR
Bonjour!
J'ai 15 ans et j'aimerai m'initier à la gym. La gymnastique rythmique me fait beaucoup envie, mais j'ai bien peur d'être trop âgée pour commencer. Je lis beaucoup de "sport enfants...". Est-il vraiment trop tard ? J'ai fait 2 ans de danse classique, c'est tout....
Si il est trop tard (dommage ) quelle gym me conseilleriez vous ? J'aimerais travailler ma souplesse et la maîtrise de mon corps...
